For thousands of years, people have sung together; sung for joy, for creating and preserving culture, to mark important stories, to enliven social movements, to grieve, to praise, to share. You’re invited to come and experience the age-old magic of oral tradition singing with natural voice songweaver Annie Zylstra. Together, we'll lean into questions of voice, place, and community through singing harmony songs, rounds, and songs in other languages, all taught on the spot. Come feel what it’s like to join voices with friends, neighbors, and strangers in harmony and use our voices to relate in a new way. No prior musical experience is necessary. All ages, genders, orientations, and abilities are welcome!
$20 general admission, children are free
